Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Kenosha, WI seeks a Behavior Specialist to deliver Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) within treatment programs. Responsibilities include assessing behavior, designing individualized plans, training staff and support persons, and collaborating on interdisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adjust care.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree and CBT experience; certification and training in NCI, RCC/CBRF, CPR within set timelines are part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required (human services, psychology, social work, or related field).
• At minimum, must hold a valid Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential (or state equivalent).
• Relevant CBT experience (12 months preferred).
• Residential programs require a driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide cognitive behavioral and other therapeutic services including groups.
• Participate in supervision sessions with the Clinical leader and adjust care plans.
• Monitor effectiveness of interventions and adjust as needed in consultation with Clinical leader.
