Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin seeks a Behavior Specialist to deliver Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) across Residential, IOP, PHP and Acute Inpatient programs. You will design CBT-specific treatment plans with the Clinical Services Manager and work with patients with anxiety, OCD, mood, eating, trauma-related disorders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Relevant CBT experience (12 months preferred).
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cognitive behavioral therapy to patients per clinic guidelines.
• Collaborate with senior staff to design CBT treatment plans.
• Attend training and supervision sessions.
• Document treatment plans and patient data in the medical record.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Educate and support staff on CBT for anxiety, mood, eating, and trauma-related disorders.
• Assist in coordinating care and ensure regulatory compliance.
