Qualifications

• Doctoral degree from an APA- or CPA-accredited program
• Completion of an APA- or CPA-accredited doctoral internship, or one meeting APPIC standards
• Doctoral degree must be fully completed before the fellowship start date
• Interest in CBT for anxiety and related disorders
• Commitment to lifelong learning, clinical growth, and evidence-based practice
• Ability to receive and integrate feedback while working through ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Maintain a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week with at least 22 client-contact hours
• Provide CBT for anxiety-related disorders across client ages
• Clinical management of all assigned cases
• Coordinate with care team and external parties as needed
• Coordinate crisis response and liaison with outside institutions
• Complete documentation and administrative requirements on time
• Engage in required trainings and continuing education
• Demonstrate professional conduct and proactive communication
• Contribute to the practice's culture and collaboration
• Perform other duties as assigned
