Job summary

Light On Anxiety Treatment Centers in Illinois seeks a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to deliver evidence-based CBT and psychological testing for anxiety and related disorders. The role offers substantial clinical hours, potential supervision duties, and collaboration with a skilled care team.

You will maintain a full-time schedule, contribute to training, and participate in our Clinical Training Institute, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist with current license in good standing.
• Interest in clinical supervision and staff development.
• Experience or interest in CBT for anxiety and related disorders.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and lifelong learning.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families, guardians, and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week with a minimum of 24 hours engaged in billable client work.
• Provide CBT-based treatment for body dysmorphic disorder, OCD, anxiety and related disorders.
• Collaborate with Testing Technician for assessments when applicable.
• Coordinate crisis response and ensure timely documentation and communication.
• Contribute to ongoing staff training and participate in care team meetings.
