Job summary

Light On Anxiety Treatment Centers is hiring for a full-time clinician to deliver Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for anxiety, OCD and related disorders. You will manage cases across children, adolescents and adults and coordinate with guardians and care teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, school counseling, or a related field leading to state licensure (LSW or LPC).
• Interest in specializing in CBT for anxiety and related disorders.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide CBT for anxiety-related conditions to child, adolescent and adult clients.
• Clinical management of all assigned cases and collaboration with care teams.
• Coordinate crisis response and liaise with external services when needed.
• Complete required trainings, documentation and administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Participate in ongoing education to stay updated on treatment protocols.
