Qualifications

• Completion of an APA- or CPA-accredited doctoral internship, or one that meets APPIC standards.
• Doctoral degree must be fully completed prior to the fellowship start date.
• Interest in specializing in CBT for anxiety and related disorders.
• Commitment to lifelong learning, clinical growth, and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including at least 22 hours of client sessions.
• Provide individual psychotherapy for children, adolescents and adults using CBT for anxiety-related disorders.
• Clinical management of all assigned cases and collaboration with care teams.
• Coordinate crisis response and ensure timely documentation and administrative requirements.
• Seek continuing education to stay current with evidence-based treatment protocols.
• Support licensure process and participate in supervision sessions.
