Rogers Behavioral Health in Skokie, IL is seeking a part-time PRN Clinical Therapist to provide cognitive behavioral and other therapeutic services under the supervision of the Clinical leader to address patients' needs. You will participate in supervision, monitor patient progress, document interventions, and contribute to multidisciplinary treatment planning with the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in human services, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Must hold a valid Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential (or state equivalent).
• Relevant Cognitive-Behavioral Treatment (CBT) experience (12 months preferred).
• For Residential programs - must hold a current and active driver’s license and be in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide CBT and other therapeutic services to patients under supervision.
• Participate in supervision sessions and communicate patient progress and adjustments to care plans.
• Monitor effectiveness of interventions; administer outcome measures and adjust care with clinical leader.
• Document mental health services per regulations and payer expectations in the medical record.
