Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Englewood, CO, seeks a clinician to provide cognitive behavioral therapy and related services to patients, under clinical supervision. You will participate in supervision, monitor outcomes, and adjust care plans with the Clinical leader.

Documentation and multi-disciplinary collaboration are essential parts of the role. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and a Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential, with CBT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field or related area.
• Valid Substance Abuse Counselor‑in‑Training credential or state equivalent.
• Experience with cognitive-behavioral treatment (CBT) preferred.
• Residential program driver’s license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide CBT and other therapeutic services including groups according to care standards under supervision.
• Participate in supervision sessions and communicate patient progress to adjust care plans.
• Monitor intervention effectiveness, document outcomes, and adjust as needed in collaboration with the Clinical leader.
• Document mental health services per regulations and payer expectations within the medical record.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and assist in treatment plan development.
• Communicate interventions and needs to interdisciplinary team members and support systems.
• Offer training to other direct care staff on CBT interventions and behavioral plans.
• Provide training to parents or support persons on CBT strategies and reinforcement techniques.
• Ensure patient safety and assist with staffing or scheduling changes as needed.
• Undertake additional duties and ongoing learning as directed by management.
