Job summary

One Love Agency in Idaho Falls is hiring a full-time CBRS Specialist to provide skills-building and rehabilitative support in diverse settings including home, school, and community. The role works under supervisory protocol with a master’s- or independently licensed clinician guiding the plan.

You will report to the Idaho Falls Director and join a collaborative team of case managers, therapists, and peer support staff, carrying documentation and ensuring timely notes for Medicaid/IBHP reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's-level degree and CBRS qualifications; supervision by licensed clinician
• Pass Idaho criminal history background check
• Clear of state/federal exclusions (OIG SAM)
• Valid Idaho driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfort with electronic health records and timely documentation
• Willingness to work where the client is (home, school, community)

Responsibilities

• Deliver skills building and rehabilitative support to adults and youth in Idaho Falls
• Follow treatment plans and work in office, home, school, and community
• Maintain documentation tied to the plan, CDA, and Medicaid/IBHP reviews
• Collaborate with case managers, therapists, and peer support staff
