Job summary

VISIONS COUNSELING & EDUCATION LLC is seeking a CBRS Specialist to support adults with developmental disabilities across the Treasure Valley. The role focuses on developing independence and facilitating community integration, with travel across the Treasure Valley.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, communicates effectively, and works well with multidisciplinary teams. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and compassionate attitude.

Responsibilities

• Completing functional assessments in accordance with agency policy.
• Completing daily client notes and accurate documentation.
• Support clients in various settings with daily living skills, transportation, budgeting, and personal care.
• Facilitate community participation and resource access.
• Teach problem-solving, decision-making, and self-advocacy skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Attend regular meetings, supervision, and training.
