The role involves one-on-one coaching, teaching life skills, and helping clients access resources within their community. A bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field is required, and Idaho licensure is needed for social workers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, education, or related field.
• Social workers must be licensed in Idaho.
• Criminal history background check required.
• Post-COVID certification timeline: CPRP or CFRP within 30 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide CBRS and Case Management to children, adolescents, and adults with mental health concerns.
• Work one-on-one with consumers to teach life skills and support recovery and resiliency in their own environment.
• Coordinate with community resources to link consumers to needed services.
