Job summary

A global enterprise serving defense operations seeks a Training and Equipment Coordinator (TEC) to oversee critical training for Technical Support Specialists in CBRN environments. This role requires substantial operational experience and logistics management for national security events. The ideal candidate will provide necessary training documentation and support a high standard of equipment proficiency. A valid Secret Security Clearance is essential, with additional requirements including CDL B and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7 years minimum operational experience.
• Demonstrated management skills for national special security events.
• Able to lift/carry equipment up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training for TSS staff within the CBRN mission space.
• Manage CDL Drug testing program and trainings.
• Document TSS training and provide necessary records.
