Job summary

A global defense contracting firm is seeking a Training and Equipment Coordinator in Portland, OR. This role manages the training and logistics for Technical Support Specialist staff in CBRN detection operations. Candidates should have 7+ years of operational experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage training records and logistics hubs. Qualifications

• 7 years minimum operational experience.
• Manage logistics for national special security events.
• Minimum of 5 years in communications, certified trainer.
• Able to lift/carry equipment up to 50lbs.
• Must have a Commercial Driver’s License Class B or obtain it within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tactics and techniques training for TSS staff.
• Maintain records of TSS training and equipment proficiency.
• Support policy updates for CBRN detection operations.
• Lead operational communications planning and equipment.
• Manage logistics hub operations.
