Job summary

A global business enterprise in Indianapolis is seeking a Training and Equipment Coordinator to oversee tactics, techniques, and procedures training for Technical Support Specialist staff. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years operational experience, manage compliance in CBRN detection operations, and ensure that training records are maintained. The role may include travel and requires candidates to have a Secret Security Clearance and a Commercial Driver’s License. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• 7 years minimum operational experience required.
• Demonstrate tactics, techniques, and procedures for CBRN detection operations.
• Able to lift/carry equipment up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tactics, techniques, and procedures training for TSS staff.
• Manage CDL drug testing program and training.
• Ensure standardization and support operations logistics.

Skills

Operational experience

Planning CBRN detection operations

Managing logistics for NSSE

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Education

Commercial Driver’s License Class B
