Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a CBRN Training and Equipment Coordinator (TEC) to lead advanced CBRN detection operations and coordinate with federal mission partners. The role requires planning logistics, maintaining equipment protocols, and preparing after-action reports, with travel and shift work possible.

The position emphasizes stakeholder engagement, training delivery, and adherence to MDDP policies, with opportunities to impact national security operations from multiple U.S. sites.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting CBRN detection operations and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Strong equipment maintenance, logistics planning, and protocol training.
• Excellent written reports, situational/after-action reporting, and government communications.
• Fluent English with leadership and presenting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CBRN detection operations by coordinating with stakeholders, managing equipment, planning logistics, developing plans, and training on equipment protocols.
• Report information, notify command, write situational and after-action reports, and follow up with stakeholders after deployments.
• May support PM directly or act as PM for up to 30 consecutive days.
• Maintain regional documentation files and ensure proper record keeping and filing.
• Maintain equipment readiness and training standards per MDDP policies; support fleet management and vehicle information logging.
• Present information on the Mobile Detection Deployment Program to diverse audiences and provide training on policies, protocols, and equipment.
