Job summary

A global business enterprise is seeking a Training and Equipment Coordinator to oversee training procedures for Technical Support Specialist (TSS) staff within the CBRN mission space. The ideal candidate must have at least 7 years of operational experience, a Secret Security Clearance, and the ability to manage various training programs. The role includes travel, managing logistics, and ensuring compliance with federal standards. This position is located in multiple states, including NJ and VA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years operational experience.
• Planning logistics for national special security events.
• Secret Security Clearance required.
• Ability to lift/carry equipment up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tactics, techniques, and procedures training for TSS staff.
• Manage CDL Drug testing and training programs.
• Ensure documentation for federal government.
• Support TSSs during drills with CBRN detection equipment.
