The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of operational experience, effective communication skills, and proficiency in logistics management. Responsibilities include ensuring standards proficiency, maintaining records, and supporting overall training documentation. This position is located in Herndon, VA, with travel requirements of 50-75% during the year.

Qualifications

• 7 years minimum operational experience required.
• Must demonstrate tactics, techniques, and procedures for CBRN detection operations.
• Able to lift/carry equipment up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tactics training for TSS staff in CBRN operations.
• Manage CDL Drug testing and training processes.
• Ensure all federal personnel receive first aid training.
