Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a non-supervisory staff member to coordinate with stakeholders, manage equipment, plan logistics, and train personnel on CWMD-related protocols. The role involves writing reports, notifying command, and supporting post-deployment communications.

Travel to CONUS/OCONUS sites and 24/7 readiness may be required. Locations include Fort Dix, NJ; Herndon, VA; Indianapolis, IN; Portland, OR; Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Advanced training and experience on a Mobile Detection Deployment Program team or equivalent DHS/DOD CBRN elements.
• Ten+ years of operational planning and coordination of CBRN detection/preventative activities.
• Active Secret Security Clearance and ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CBRN detection operations.
• Function as Project Manager when the project manager is absent.
• Maintain regional documentation files, ensuring proper record keeping and file standards.
• Maintain equipment, training, and procedure standards per MDDP policies.
• Support fleet management by documenting and filing fleet vehicle information per DHS policies.
• Present information on the Mobile Detection Deployment Program to stakeholders.
• Provide training and answer questions on program policies, procedures, and equipment.
• Submit Travel Approvals within 48 hours after OPORD.
