Job summary

LAUKOA seeks a non-supervisory CBRN Operations Specialist to coordinate detection activities at multiple sites, including Novato, CA. You will plan logistics, manage equipment, train personnel, and report through SITREPs and AARs.

The role requires extensive travel (CONUS/OCONUS) and the ability to operate under demanding conditions, with a Secret clearance preferred and strong policy adherence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operational planning and coordination of CBRN detection activities.
• Knowledge of radiation/chemical detection equipment and field operations.
• CDL Class B within 3 months of contract award.
• SITREPs/AARs experience and strong leadership, public speaking, and technical writing.
• Active Secret Security Clearance and ability to carry gear up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CBRN detection operations.
• Function as Project Manager when the project manager is absent.
• Maintain regional documentation file systems and records.
• Maintain equipment, tactics, and procedure standards through training.
• Document fleet information and manage mobility records per policy.
• Present information about CWMD capabilities to stakeholders.
