Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a non-supervisory, on-site role coordinating CBRN detection operations across multiple CONUS/OCONUS sites, including Novato, CA. Responsibilities include planning logistics, training, and reporting to government stakeholders.

Expect travel, long hours, and potential recall during contingencies. Requirements include 5+ years in CBRN operational planning, Active Secret Clearance, CDL B or ability to obtain, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CBRN operational planning experience.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• CDL B or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Be fluent in English (read/write/speak).
• Strong leadership and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CBRN detection ops with stakeholders and plan logistics.
• Maintain documentation and training records; produce reports.
• Travel for deployments and support surge operations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with MDDP, CWMD, DHS policies and standards.
• Provide clear briefings on program capabilities to diverse audiences.
