Job summary

Parsons in the Washington DC area seeks an experienced MDDU CBRN Operations Administration and Logistics Coordinator to support DHS deployment plans, training, and knowledge management. The position is based at a customer site in the DC Metro area, with location to be determined upon contract award.

You will manage MDDP tasking systems and deployment data, develop CONOPs and SOPs, coordinate fleet and equipment inventory, and assist in preparing training materials and after-action reports.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability.
• Experience in chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear detection and training.
• 10 years experience in radiological and nuclear detection.
• Special event operational experience (SEAR/NSSE).
• Proficient with MS Office and reporting (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Tailor products and services to locality constraints.
• Develop and support MDDP deployment plans and strategies.
• Interface with DHS toolsets (ArcGIS, HSIN) for data/knowledge management.
• Manage MDDP tasking systems and deployment data.
• Support document development and policy implementation for CBRN operations.
• Identify training requirements and create MDDP training plans.
• Administer MDDP property management and fleet/inventory support; may travel.
• Develop operational support products (CONOPs, SOPs, job aids, handbooks).
