Job summary

Charleston House Senior Living, part of Vista Senior Living Management, seeks a CBRF Certified Med Passer to provide compassionate care in memory care. You will assist residents with daily living activities, participate in group activities, and support mealtime and light housekeeping.

We offer a $3,500 sign-on bonus for full-time, $1,500 for part-time, shift differentials, and tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per year. Join a team that values dignity and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or assisted living.
• Able to communicate well in writing and speaking.
• Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and care to memory care residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Lead one-on-one and group activities.
• Assist with mealtime, memory care laundry, and basic housekeeping in memory care.
• Adhere to Embrace Memory Care philosophy.
• Document daily per policies and state regulations and communicate resident concerns.
