Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on care for residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will support daily living activities with empathy, reliability, and respect for dignity, while fostering a warm, hospitable environment.

We welcome CNAs and offer a 4 on / 2 off rotation including weekends and holidays. Full-time roles include a $1000 sign-on bonus, opportunities for growth, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in caregiving or related training preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living for seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while ensuring safety.
• Document daily care and report changes to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain high standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in all interactions.
