Job summary

Montello Care Center, located at Residences on Forest Lane in Montello, WI, seeks a Facility Director to lead its 16-bed CBRF community on Forest Lane. Reporting to the Facility Administrator, you will drive high resident satisfaction, staff engagement, and strong regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, accountability for resident assessments, and proactive supervision of staff and building operations around the clock.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the CBRF operations
• Serve as a role model and mentor for all employees
• Ensure compliance with DHS CH 83 regulations
• Provide supervision 24 hours a day for residents, staff, and building

Job Summary:

Under the supervision and direction of the Facility Administrator at Montello Care Center, the CBRF Facility Director of Residences on Forest Lane is responsible for creating and maintaining high standards of resident satisfaction, staff interactions, and resident care. The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge of regulatory requirements for compliance in a CBRF, experience in developing detailed and appropriate resident assessments, and the ability to provide visible, proactive leadership

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and management of the CBRF.

Serve as a role model and mentor to all employees.

DHS CH 83 Regulations comprehension and compliance.

Responsible for residents, staff and building 24 hours.

Qualifications:

Ideally have 3 or more years of assisted living experience

Ideally have supervisory/management level training or experience of 2 years or more

Experience working with people with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia is a plus

You must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

The ability to creatively problem-solve in both resident care and employee management situations.

You must be a team player.

Be well organized and flexible.
