The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, accountability for resident assessments, and proactive supervision of staff and building operations around the clock.

Qualifications

• Regulatory compliance knowledge (DHS CH 83)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Team leadership and mentoring abilities
• Creativity in problem solving for resident care and staff management

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the CBRF operations
• Serve as a role model and mentor for all employees
• Ensure compliance with DHS CH 83 regulations
• Provide supervision 24 hours a day for residents, staff, and building
