Montello Care Center, Residences on Forest Lane, Montello, WI, is seeking a CBRF Facility Director for our on-site community. You will lead resident care and staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and model proactive leadership to the team.

The role requires knowledge of CBRF regulations, experience in resident assessments, and hands-on leadership to support a high standard of care and satisfaction for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of assisted living experience.
• Supervisory/management training or 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with residents with Alzheimer's/dementia is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Team player who is well organized and flexible.

Position – CBRF Facility Director

Location: Residences on Forest Lane – Montello, WI (on-site position)

Status: Full-Time

Schedule: Days | on-call as needed

Job Summary

Under the supervision and direction of the Facility Administrator at Montello Care Center, the CBRF Facility Director of Residences on Forest Lane is responsible for creating and maintaining high standards of resident satisfaction, staff interactions, and resident care. The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge of regulatory requirements for compliance in a CBRF, experience in developing detailed and appropriate resident assessments, and the ability to provide visible, proactive leadership

Compensation

• $20.00- $23.00 per hour dependent on experience

Qualifications

• Ideally have 3 or more years of assisted living experience
• Ideally have supervisory/management level training or experience of 2 years or more
• Experience working with people with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia is a plus
• You must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• The ability to creatively problem-solve in both resident care and employee management situations.
• You must be a team player.
• Be well organized and flexible.
