Far West Federal Holding, LLC seeks a Senior Program Analyst to lead contractor-side analysis and quality control across program, portfolio, real-property, and risk reporting for CBP under the PPMSS contract. You will advise Government clients on portfolio trends, data gaps, and risk while coordinating analysts and standardizing reporting practices.

The role requires eight+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with TRIRIGA and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; additional relevant experience may offset requirement with approval.
• Eight (8) or more years of relevant experience required.
• Experience leading program analysis for federal facilities, construction portfolios, or real-property programs preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills including senior‑leadership briefings and stakeholder coordination preferred.
• IBM TRIRIGA and SAP experience is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate assigned Program Analysts, standardize templates and data definitions, and review reports before Government submission.
• Lead quality checks of portfolio data and project documents; mentor analysts on processes.
• Facilitate meetings, develop agendas, track actions, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Support acquisition timelines, milestones, plans, performance measures; help prepare SOWs, SOOs, and PWSs.
• Support market research, determinations and findings, analyses of vendors; assist with IGCEs and lifecycle-cost research.
• Gather information from subject-matter experts, analyze data, and develop briefings on costs.
• Prepare inputs for monthly leadership updates, quarterly customer meetings, PMR, and weekly Execution Plan.
• Maintain BPAM real-property portfolio in TRIRIGA or successor; validate records and track data cleanup.
• Prepare monthly Real Property Management Report with replacement values, FCIndex, space-use data.
• Support a portfolio-analysis database covering regional conditions, facility characteristics and capacity, energy and water data.
• Support projects from initiation through closeout by reviewing PRDs, change requests, and interagency agreements; maintain reporting databases.
• Lead support for construction-portfolio risk-management program, including risk registers and assessments.
• Oversee quarterly Percent of Completion and LER Non-Capital reports, monthly Substantially Complete and Draft Projects reports.
