Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. in Lancaster, PA is seeking a CBM Reliability Tech to support lubrication, predictive and preventive PMs, and reliability improvements in a production environment. You will lead improvement projects, manage maintenance tasks in SAP, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while participating in plant outages and shutdowns.

Strong problem-solving, MS Office skills, and a driven, safety-conscious attitude are essential for success in our fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Experience with lubrication programs and lubrication-based tasks.
• Ability to lead improvement projects and participate in PDCA/PI/TMOS activities.
• Demonstrated skills using MS Office software and SAP for maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, rebuild, adjust and maintain machinery and equipment used in production.
• Assist in creating lubrication-based tasks and routes; site lubrication champion.
• Lead in creating a site lube map.
• Assist with Predictive & Preventative PM implementation and inspection routes.
• Lead and manage improvement projects and initiatives.
• Expand into predictive technologies such as thermography or vibration.
• Industrial baking and mult-zone oven experience a plus.
• Bagger/Scale maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated skills using Microsoft Office software.
• SAP usage and maintenance task/PM creation.
• Participate in PDCA, PIT team events, and TMOS activities.
• Attend annual training and plant shutdowns.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, repair, rebuild, adjust and maintain machinery and equipment used in production, which may also involve the dismantling, inspection, machining or replacement of purchased parts as assigned.

• Assist in the creation of lubrication based tasks, and routes, will be the site “Lubrication champion”.

• Lead in the creation of a site lube map.

• Assist with the implementation of Predictive & Preventative based PM’s, and inspection routes.

• Lead and manage improvement based projects and initiatives as assigned.

• This position can expand into other predictive technologies, such as thermography, or vibration/shock pulse.

• Industrial baking and mult-zone oven experience a plus.

• Bagger/Scale maintenance experience.

• Demonstrated skills using Microsoft office software.

• SAP usage and experience related to maintenance task & PM creation.

• Reliability improvement skills, participate in PDCA, and PIT team events as needed and support TMOS activities.

• Annual training as required.

• Participation in plant shutdowns and outages.
