Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a CBM Reliability Tech to install, repair, and maintain production equipment in our Lancaster, PA facility. The role emphasizes lubrication, predictive and preventative maintenance, and improving site reliability through PDCA cycles.

You will lead lubrication initiatives, develop routes, support TMOS and shutdown activities, and collaborate with maintenance teams using SAP and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Experience applying reliability improvement methods in a production environment.
• Familiar with SAP maintenance modules and data tracking.
• Willingness to participate in plant shutdowns and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, rebuild, adjust and maintain machinery and equipment in production.
• Assist in creation of lubrication-based tasks and routes; site lubrication champion.
• Lead in the creation of a site lube map.
• Assist with Predictive & Preventative PMs and inspection routes.
• Lead and manage improvement projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Expand into other predictive technologies (thermography, vibration).
• Industrial baking and multi-zone oven experience is a plus.
• Bagger/scale maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated skills using Microsoft Office.
• SAP usage and experience related to maintenance task & PM creation.
• Support TMOS activities and participate in PDCA and PIT events.
• Annual training as required and plant shutdown participation.

Job Description

• Install, repair, rebuild, adjust and maintain machinery and equipment used in production, which may also involve the dismantling, inspection, machining or replacement of purchased parts as assigned.
• Assist in the creation of lubrication based tasks, and routes, will be the site “Lubrication champion”.
• Lead in the creation of a site lube map.
• Assist with the implementation of Predictive & Preventative based PM’s, and inspection routes.
• Lead and manage improvement based projects and initiatives as assigned.
• This position can expand into other predictive technologies, such as thermography, or vibration/shock pulse.
• Industrial baking and mult-zone oven experience a plus.
