Job summary

Northeast Family Services is looking for an experienced CBHI Program Director in Malden, Massachusetts. This role includes providing leadership and overseeing the daily operations of our CBHI program, which focuses on in-home behavioral therapy and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Five years minimum experience working with behavioral disorders and previous CBHI experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee daily operations of the area CBHI program.
• Guide staff and assist in the development and treatment methodologies.
• Ensure effective implementation of all in-home treatment and programming.

Qualifications

• Independent clinical license (LMHC or LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts - Required
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field
• Five years minimum experience working with behavioral disorders and previous CBHI experience
• Minimum of 2 year experience in a supervisory capacity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle with ability to commute one of our office locations
• Access to high speed secure internet required

Compensation

• Salary Range: $85,000-$90,000
