Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced CBHI Program Director to lead the area CBHI program, including in-home behavioral therapy, in-home therapy, and therapeutic mentoring.

You will guide staff, shape treatment approaches, ensure quality implementation, and support clients across children, adults, and families. This role offers strong growth and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Independent clinical license in MA (LMHC or LICSW) required.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum of five years experience with behavioral disorders and CBHI.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee daily CBHI program operations, including in-home therapy and therapeutic mentoring.
• Guide staff and support development of treatment methodologies and implementation.
• Ensure effective delivery of in-home services and client outcomes.
• Collaborate with teams across offices and locations.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field
• Five years minimum experience working with behavioral disorders and previous CBHI experience
• Minimum of 2 year experience in a supervisory capacity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle with ability to commute one of our office locations
• Access to high speed secure internet required
