Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking an experienced, independently licensed clinician to join our Massachusetts team as CBHI Program Director. The role focuses on leading in-home behavioral therapy, in-home therapy, and therapeutic mentoring programs, guiding staff, and ensuring effective treatment implementation for clients.

The ideal candidate holds an MA license (LMHC/LICSW), a Master’s in a related field, and at least five years of CBHI experience, with two years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Independent clinical license in Massachusetts required.
• Master's degree in a related Human Services field.
• Minimum five years with behavioral disorders and CBHI experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee daily CBHI program operations.
• Guide staff and ensure effective in-home treatment programming.
• Oversee development and treatment methodologies for clients.

Qualifications

• Independent clinical license (LMHC or LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts - Required
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field
• Five years minimum experience working with behavioral disorders and previous CBHI experience
• Minimum of 2 year experience in a supervisory capacity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle with ability to commute one of our office locations
• Access to high speed secure internet required

Compensation

• Salary Range: $85,000-$90,000
