Electrolux Group is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for Cavity Fabrication on the 2nd shift in Springfield, TN. You will lead a manufacturing team, drive safety, quality, cost and delivery objectives, and coach team members to improve capabilities through structured processes.

Responsibilities include prioritizing projects, applying data-driven decisions, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience in high-volume operations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, specifications, and engineering drawings.
• Experience leading root cause analysis; familiarity with material flow, welding, enamel, stamping, or robotics environments preferred.
• Proficient with ERP, time/attendance, and OEE systems; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a manufacturing team on the 2nd shift in cavity fabrication.
• Drive daily continuous improvement initiatives and KPI delivery.
• Balance cost, quality, and delivery objectives using data-driven insights.
• Coach team members and build capability via skills matrices.
• Foster cross-functional relationships and effective communication at all levels.
