Ruby Falls is seeking a Tour Guide Team Member to lead engaging, educational cave tours and ensure guest safety while delivering outstanding customer service. You will share the history and natural features of Ruby Falls, support daily operations, and create a welcoming environment for all guests.

• Ability to speak in front of groups and deliver messages clearly (verbal and non-verbal).
• Effective communication with people of all backgrounds and ages.
• Ability to memorize and retain large amounts of information.

Responsibilities

• Lead guided tours of 60–80 minutes following established procedures.
• Communicate with Admissions team, maintenance, and management about concerns.
• Provide friendly customer service and meet company expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities and follow safety standards.
• Assist with training and other assignments as needed.
