Responsibilities

• Operate daily Twisted Trails, Maze, and BAT operations including groups and POS transactions.
• Follow safety guidelines and report equipment issues to leadership.
• Explain attraction procedures and answer guest questions professionally.
• Maintain equipment and assist with repairs as needed.
• Assist with cleaning duties and ensure guest areas are orderly.
