Responsibilities

• Log and review crew hours for payroll.
• Represent Fabcon on and off job sites.
• Implement ISO/OSHA and DOT policy compliance.
• Handle new hire paperwork for union members.
• Daily reporting via tablet.
• Input for pre-planning and field plans.
• Update supervisors on progress and completion estimates.
• Flag resource issues to supervisors in a timely manner.
• Verify caulking specifications prior to starting the job.
• Review plans and prepare takeoffs for caulking materials.
• Perform caulking in a systematic and efficient manner.
