Job summary

Fabcon Precast in Mahanoy City, PA is seeking an experienced Caulking Crew Supervisor to lead on-site operations and ensure quality caulking across projects.

The role requires at least two years of precast caulking experience, OSHA 30-hour, and strong safety and teamwork skills. You’ll train crew members, monitor hours, review plans, and coordinate with contractors while adhering to ISO, OSHA, and DOT standards.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum of precast caulking experience.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise a crew on site.
• Strong safety focus with OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Work concurrently with crew to complete job while supervising work
• Train and mentor others on the Caulking Crew as needed
• Represent the company on job sites and communicate effectively with general contractor and sub-contractors
• Complete caulking in a systematic manner to ensure completion and efficient use of resources
