Job summary

Five Rivers Cattle Feeding, LLC is seeking an Accounting and Administrative Specialist to support cattle and commodity accounting, data entry, and office duties at the Feedyard location. The position reports to the General Manager Feedyard and is salaried non-exempt.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years relevant accounting/administrative experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-year college degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accounting records and administrative files.
• Issues payments and reconciles discrepancies; ensures timely processing.
• Prepares financial reports and summaries; updates ledgers as needed.
• Maintains confidentiality of financial information and supports internal controls.
