Job summary

Zoox is seeking a CAD/BOM Collaboration and Quality Technical Specialist to own the CATIA design environment strategy, quality, and enablement. You will build a scalable CATIA training program and define CAD quality standards to keep design data clean, consistent, and release-ready.

You will partner with Engineering, PLM/IT, and People Experience & Learning to forecast training needs, coordinate sessions, and shape the long-term vision for self-paced learning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on CATIA V5 and/or 3DEXPERIENCE experience.
• Experience delivering CAD training programs at scale.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for technical content.

Responsibilities

• Own CATIA training strategy and forecast class needs for growing teams.
• Define and uphold CAD standards within 3DEXPERIENCE and evangelize adoption.
• Coordinate with SMEs, IT/PLM, and vendors to implement CAD tools and automation.
• Build and lead a team of CAD quality specialists and trainers as the program scales.
