Job summary

Zoox is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Manufacturing Engineering to drive scalable vehicle production. You will bridge cross-functional teams, lead new manufacturing initiatives, and partner with suppliers to develop comprehensive plans for manufacturing and vehicle validation.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in an engineering or management discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing program management.
• Experience with industrial manufacturing and integration with logistics, quality, design engineering.
• Strong track record in managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience coordinating vehicle/manufacturing validation activities with external partners and suppliers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy and milestones into detailed roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
• Interface with Engineering and Suppliers to define validation plans for crashes and builds.
• Lead manufacturing strategy, assessments, and studies for programs.
• Coordinate and execute launch readiness and Start of Production.
• Support assembly and test operations with cross-functional alignment and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with finance, engineering, procurement, PMO to define resource requirements.
• Drive cross-functional alignment through processes, meetings, and risk communication.
• Support key decisions by working with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and finance.
