Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an engineer to develop and integrate advanced simulation tooling for automotive design. You will apply 3DEXPERIENCE and Catia CAA with C++ and Python to automate data flow between solvers and CAD environments, delivering robust, scalable data pipelines.

You will lead DOE studies, validate 3DX implementations, and collaborate with Ford SMEs to form a unified digital twin for stamping and structural workflows, driving rapid design iterations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field.
• 2+ years in industry or grad studies focusing on 3DExperience Catia CAA RADE.
• Proficient with 3DEXPERIENCE tools using C++ and scripting in Python/MATLAB.

Responsibilities

• Apply 3DEXPERIENCE and Catia CAA to automate data flow between solvers and CAD environments.
• Develop robust, efficient tools and data pipelines for large-scale simulation data.
• Lead DOE studies and validate 3DX implementations for accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate with Ford SMEs to develop digital twin workflows for stamping and forming.
• Streamline simulations and enable rapid design iterations with in-house validation.
