Qualifications

• 60 college credit hours from an accredited institution.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• Willingness to follow teacher's lesson plans and support student learning.

Responsibilities

• Follow and deliver lesson plans left by the regular teacher, adapting as necessary to meet student needs.
• Maintain order and ensure safety in the classroom and school premises.
• Maintain a respectful, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere.
• Follow school safety and emergency procedures accurately.
• Communicate with school administration about student behavior or progress and leave notes for the returning teacher.
