Responsabilités

• Follow lesson plans and instructional directions provided by the absent teacher or school administration.
• Deliver instructional content using appropriate materials, resources, and classroom technology.
• Provide meaningful learning activities that support student understanding and academic progress.
• Adapt lessons and activities as appropriate to meet the needs of individual students and the classroom.
• Maintain continuity of instruction and classroom routines during the regular teacher's absence.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, orderly, and productive classroom environment.
• Establish and reinforce classroom expectations and school policies.
• Monitor student behavior and respond to disruptions using appropriate and consistent classroom management techniques.
• Promote a positive learning environment that reflects the school's expectations for respect, responsibility, and good character.
• Encourage active participation and engagement in classroom activities.
• Provide guidance, encouragement, and assistance to students as needed.
• Foster an environment in which students feel respected, supported, and valued.
• Recognize and respond appropriately to students' academic, social, and emotional needs.
• Monitor student progress and understanding throughout the school day.
• Administer quizzes, tests, assignments, and other assessments as directed by the regular teacher.
• Provide appropriate feedback and document student work or concerns when requested.
• Submit completed student work, notes, and necessary reports to the regular teacher or school administration.
