Music Ministry International seeks a Catholic Religious Education Coordinator as a 1099 contractor to support Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. The coordinator will oversee Parish School of Religion and faith formation for all ages.

The period of performance includes one base year plus four option years. Duties include coordinating RE, serving as primary adviser and coordinator, and working with chaplains and chapel staff.

Qualifications

• The Coordinator shall coordinate Catholic Religious Education for the Wright-Patterson AFB Catholic faith community and serve as the primary resource person, advisor, and coordinator for the program.
• The program includes Parish School of Religion for early childhood through Grade 12, adult faith formation, Catholic youth formation, and preparation for Baptism, Penance and Reconciliation, First Holy Communion, Confirmation, and the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults.
• Tasks not specifically outlined in this JOB DESCRIPTION shall be considered voluntary and will be performed at no cost to the government.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Catholic Religious Education for the Wright-Patterson AFB Catholic faith community and serve as the primary resource person, advisor, and coordinator for the program.
• Oversee Parish School of Religion for early childhood through Grade 12, adult faith formation, Catholic youth formation, and preparation for sacraments as listed.
• Collaborate with the Catholic Priest, Wing Chaplain, Director of Faith Formation, and Chapel personnel; follow ecclesiastical authority for doctrine and sacraments.
