Job summary

Music Ministry International at Ellsworth AFB is seeking a part-time Religious Education Coordinator to support the Catholic Community's education program.

The role coordinates with the Wing Chaplain and Catholic Priest to run Pre-K through 8th grade instruction, sacramental preparation, and related activities while managing volunteers, curriculum, and compliance with AMS guidelines. A Bachelor’s degree and a Master Catechist Certificate (level 2) or in progress are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master Catechist Certificate (level 2) or in progress from Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA.
• Must participate in sacramental life of the Ellsworth AFB Catholic Community.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute a full-spectrum Catholic religious education program for Pre-K to 8th grade.
• Recruit and supervise volunteer teachers and staff; perform background checks as required.
• Maintain curriculum and ensure compliance with AMS and local policies.
• Schedule and coordinate events and facilities; manage supplies and classroom environments.
• Ensure safety protocols and professional conduct; communicate with Wing Chaplain and Catholic Priest.
