Job summary

Music Ministry International seeks a Catholic Administrative Religious Education Coordinator to support USAG Hawaii’s Religious Support Office as a 1099 contractor. The role covers coordinating Catholic religious education, calendars, materials, and records for RE programs.

The position requires active Catholic faith, collaboration with parish staff and AMS guidelines, and flexibility to meet event-driven needs.

Qualifications

• Be a practicing Roman Catholic in good standing.
• Understand the liturgical and sacramental requirements of the church.
• Competent with computer programs such as MS Word, Excel and Facebook.
• Be willing to undergo a background check.
• Have demonstrable devotion to the church and its teachings.

Responsibilities

• Attend 100% of Monthly COR meetings and in-progress reviews to gather program information.
• Provide a monthly Catholic Religious Education calendar by the final business day of the preceding month.
• Prepare facility reservation requests and RE flyers; track weekly RE attendance and coordinate support for RE programs.
• Format and organize RE program materials weekly and prepare supply distributions.
• Collect supporting documentation for Sacramental records and enter AMS data.
