Job summary

The Archdiocese of Indianapolis invites applications for the position of President of Roncalli High School, beginning with the 2027–2028 school year.

The President serves as the chief executive officer of Roncalli High School and, in consultation with the Board, provides strategic leadership for advancement, enrollment, finance, facilities, marketing, and community engagement while fostering relationships that strengthen the mission of Roncalli High School.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be practicing Roman Catholics in good standing with the Church and demonstrate a joyful commitment to Catholic education and servant leadership.
• Preferred candidates will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills; experience in strategic planning and organizational leadership; and a successful record of advancement, enrollment management, finance, fundraising, or executive leadership.
• A master's degree and/or comparable executive leadership experience is preferred.
