Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Roncalli Catholic High School is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Director of Admissions to lead the school’s student recruitment, admissions, and enrollment efforts. The Director of Admissions is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive enrollment strategy that attracts, recruits, enrolls, and retains mission-aligned students and families. This position serves as one of the primary ambassadors of Roncalli Catholic and is responsible for creating an exceptional experience for prospective students and their families from their first interaction with the school through enrollment and transition. The successful candidate will be a relationship builder, strategic thinker, strong communicator, and highly organized enrollment professional who is passionate about Catholic education and committed to advancing the mission, vision, and values of Roncalli Catholic. The Director will work collaboratively with the President, Principal, faculty, coaches, activity leaders, Advancement Office, Marketing/Communications, alumni, parents, students, and parish communities to strengthen Roncalli Catholic’s enrollment pipeline and long-term enrollment health.
