Job summary

The Catholic Diocese of Gary invites applications for the position of President of Roncalli High School, Indianapolis, for the 2027-2028 school year. Qualifications

• Practicing Roman Catholics in good standing with the Church
• Master's degree or comparable executive leadership experience preferred
• Experience in advancement, enrollment management, finance, fundraising, or executive leadership

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for advancement, enrollment, finance, facilities, marketing, and community engagement
• Serve as the chief executive officer of Roncalli High School and guide leadership with the Board
• Participate in a structured transition period from March 1, 2027 to July 1, 2027 to ensure continuity
