Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's in education preferred.
• Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church.
• Experience with children in educational settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Catholic teachings and faith-based education.

Responsibilities

• Model and promote Catholic values in all interactions.
• Assist in implementing lesson plans and activities.
• Provide one-on-one or small-group support for students.
• Assist with preparing instructional materials and maintaining classroom organization.
• Support technology integration in learning experiences.
• Monitor behavior and reinforce Christ-centered expectations.
• Collaborate with the teacher to implement lesson plans and activities.
• Participate in school events, activities, and service projects promoting Catholic values.
